Paying with Paypal

We accept Paypal, along with all Paypal supported forms of payment. Currently this includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and eCheck. To take advantage of these additional payment methods, select Paypal as your form of payment, then input your credit card details on the Paypal screen.

Paying by Check or Money Order

You may purchase instantly online by check, or by mailng a check or money order to us. When you check-out, you will be presented wtih both options. To pay instantly by check, simply follow the on-screen directions which will prompt you to enter your check routing and account informtaion.
If you prefer to mail a check or Money order, select your items from our web site and select Check (by Mail) or Money Order (by Mail) as your payment option. You will receive a conifrmation e-mail. Send your confirmation e-mail, along with your check or Money Order to:

Your check or Money Order should be made payable to: Jeannie's Bath & Body, Inc.. Orders paid by check or Money Order will not be released for shipping until the check or Money Order clears our bank.

FREE Samples with every order

Every order we ship includes a 'goodie bag' of free samples. Our customers eagerly look forward to each order to discover new treats to try out. If there are specific products you would like to sample, please note them in the 'Special Instructions' section of the check-out form, and we'll be sure to include them in your 'goodie bag'.

Gifts

Let us take the hassle out of gift shopping! Simply select your gift from our online store. When you checkout, place the recipient's name and address in the 'Shipping Details' section of the checkout form. Type in a spcial note in the 'Note for Gift Card' section, and we'll even add a handmade gift card to your order at no extra charge. You will even receive a picture of your actual gift and card via e-mail so you'll know exactly what your special person receives.

Most items are hand made especially for you at the time we receive your order. Orders are typically shipped 7-10 days after we receive them. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships, along with a USPS tracking number.

Shipping & Handling Charges

We ship exclusively via USPS for domestic US customers. Shipping charges are calculated by USPS based on the total weight of your order and the destination zip code. International shipping is handled on a case by case basis, but most orders are sent via USPS Global Priority Mail or DHL.

3. Select Georgia or Outside Georgia, as appropriate.
4. Press the 'Recalculate' button to calculate shipping charges for your order

The shipping charge will calculate and display on your screen.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS ONLY - AVOID SHIPPING CHARGES!!

Simply select 'Local Pick-up' on the checkout screen. We'll notify you when your order is ready and make arrangements for pickup - you pay ZERO shipping charges! This option is available only to customers in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. Once items have been released to a customer, we are unable to ensure the purity and resell items to other customers. However, free samples are included with every order shipped. If you want to try specific items, please note them in the 'Special Instructions' section on the order page, and we'll send your selected samples along with your order in your 'goodie bag'.

Back Orders

We do not backorder. Occasionally, we may be unable to fill an order completely due to supply delays and other circumstances. If this occurs, your order will be shipped without the unavailable items and your total will be adjusted accordingly. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, and assure you that it occurs very rarely.

Minimum Order

No minimum order is required for retail orders. A minimum amount of $200.00 is required for wholesale orders, before tax and shipping. Contact Us for additional information if you are interested in placing a wholesale order.

Privacy Policy

Jeannie's Bath & Body will not sell, rent, or distribute your name, e-mail address, phone number, mailing address, or credit card information to any third party without your consent. Please refer to our Comprehensive Privacy Policy for full details.

Custom Orders

We gladly accept custom orders. Many of our best sellers begain with a special request from one of our customers. Contact Us via e-mail with your request or special skin need to design your Custom Order. Check our our photo gallery to see samples of custom orders produced for other customers.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale discounts are available for orders of $200 or more with a valid business license. Contact Us for additional information.

International Orders

We welcome international inquiries. Please note, however, that the shipping calculation on our website reflects domestic US shipping only.
