Acupuncture Chi Meridians

I believe that the secret of our energy lies in the soles of our feet because they are directly connected to our acupuncture chi meridians. In fact the soles of our feet act as a second heart. The foot contains the largest number of capillary vessels in the entire body. In both Asian and Western medicine, according to a new theory disclosed by the German scholar Williams Fitz, 'the foot is the source of health'. Man's internal organs are related to the sole of the foot and the sole contains reactors to the internal organs, which allow the flow of energy along our acupuncture chi meridians. The flow of energy is closely related to the reflex points in the sole of our foot. The theory underlying reflexology is that applying pressure onto the reflex points stimulates the energy flow along an acupuncture chi meridian, clearing congestion and balancing our body. Working on all reflex points in the feet returns the body to homoeostasis. Homeostasis is defined as the tendency towards a stable equilibrium between interdependent elements, especially as maintained by physiological processes. In other words, by maintaining our body balances & leveraging our acupucnture chi meridians, we can overcome any sickness naturally. My final advice to you is to care for the sole of your foot as it is the starting point of restoring health, and the doorway to activation of your acupuncture chi meridians.
