How to use the Patches - Step by Step

Preparation for using the detox patches is quick and simple and requires nly a few items that you probably already have in your home. Below is a checklist to follow to ensure maximum benefit.

• Wash your feet in a bowl of warm water, try adding a drop of your favorite oils, such as lavender, to help you relax and at the same time soften your skin. Although the vinegars in the detox patches have the capability to remove germs, feet that are covered with germs and dead skin cells can inhibit the detoxification process considerably.
• Rub in some exfoliating cream or use a pumice stone to remove dead skin cells. This will give the patches the best opportunity to penetrate the skin.
• Wash feet again to remove traces of the exfoliating cream and gently, but thoroughly, dry your feet. Do not apply lotions or powders, as this will block the pores and inhibit the patches.
• Drink a glass of water in order to top off body fluids to help the elimination process. Water acts as an electrolyte in our body.
• Apply the patch to the sole of each foot , following the instructions supplied.
• Wear a pair of cotton socks over the patch - this not only prevents patches from moving or coming off in bed but it encourages the perspiration process, which is key to elimination of the toxins.
• In the morning, remove the patches wash your feet thoroughly to remove any residue. This step is important to remove toxins that have accumulated overnight.
